To stay in active enrollment in lessons, the following policies apply:

• No refunds or credits for missed lessons. Each reserved time slot cannot be filled for cancellations.​ Monthly payment reserves each student's weekly lesson time.​

​

• Illness/emergency: A missed lesson may be made up for illness or emergency.​ Or, the student may meet virtually, or a video lesson sent instead. Do not attend lesson while sick to prevent illness for the instructor and other students. 

​

• Instructor illness/emergency: in the rare event the lesson is canceled for instructor illness or emergency, the lesson will be made up at a future date.​​​

​​

• Inclement weather: lessons will meet virtually if driving conditions are dangerous.  

​

• Maintaining a regular practice schedule so that progress can be made each week in lessons. 

​

• Dangerous or aggressive behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the studio.​​​​
